掩膜芯片为大批量订单生产芯片,需要支付相关掩膜费用
掩膜费用收取标准有两种,可分为不可退(可下最小订单量MOQ,达到MFQ数量不退)与可退(两年内达到掩膜费数量退回MFQ),掩膜和OTP芯片原厂生产出来后是芯片的裸片形式(DICE)交货,然后进行绑定加工生产COB软封装,如果需要进行硬封装,也可以特定WAFER交货。

不可退掩膜费(Non-Refund)为1000美金(换算人民币);

- Four oscillator periods: 2.0 ~ 5.5V at 32kHz, 2.2 ~ 5.5V at DC-4MHz, 2.6 ~ 5.5V at DC-20MHz.
- Two oscillator periods: 2.0 ~ 5.5V at 32kHz, 2.2 ~ 5.5V at DC-8MHz, 10MHz-16MHZ, 20MHZ not used.
