掩膜费用收取标准有两种，可分为不可退(可下最小订单量MOQ，达到MFQ数量不退)与可退(两年内达到掩膜费数量退回MFQ)，掩膜和OTP芯片原厂生产出来后是芯片的裸片形式（DICE）交货，然后进行绑定加工生产COB软封装，如果需要进行硬封装，也可以特定WAFER交货。
